gastronomy (from the Greek gastèr = belly and nomos = law) is the set of techniques and culinary arts; the good kitchen. in the broadest sense with gastronomy means the study of the relationship between culture and food and is therefore an interdisciplinary science that involves the biology , the agronomy, the anthropology, the history, the philosophy, the psychology and the sociology.
